Mental Health Expertise for Artists and Artistic Projects
As a mental health professional with experience working in community-based mental health programs as well as private practice, I offer specialized consultation to creative individuals and teams.
My background provides a strong foundation for guiding projects that explore complex psychological and cultural themes with accuracy and sensitivity.
In particular, I bring expertise with severe mental illness, personality adaptations, dissociative disorders, disordered eating and body image issues, substance misuse, LGBTQ+ experiences and identity development, neurodiversity, non-traditional relationship structures (including polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, and kink dynamics), generational differences, and the psychological impact of trauma on children, adults, families, communities affected by systemic inequities and intergenerational transmission of trauma.
I provide consultation to writers, directors, and production teams developing artistic projects that involve:
